You´ve been really close to make a really disturbing short. It has been a good idea using impressionist pictures as backgrounds, that works really good. Some things don´t really work as well, some FBF animations are poorly executed (especially the blinking of the eyes) and break the eerie setting. I was also surprised about the filesize, maybe you could have compressed the sound without losing much quality.
I liked it. You´re on the right lane of making scary pieces of animation. Just make some tweaks, and study more that David Lynch, Jan Svankjamer and Salad Fingers flicks.

The final speech is a bit too long but the realistic/phototraced style along with the silly jokes and the japanese accent voiceover worked very fine. Amusing and recommendable to an "Airplane" collection or similar.... (Maybe "Funny Movies"?)

Well, glad to hear that you´re actually working in the follow-up to this chapter.
In this chapter there´s a scene that could have been animated. I assume you´re planning to actually make some animated panels in the future chapters. That would be a really nice feature to add to this series, no matter if they´re simple, after all, this is a sort of online comic. Music would be an easy feature to add, if you find an appropiate tune (Remember to add an "stopallsounds" button if you do so.). Sound effects would be also nice... if you´re able to find really good ones, so, better to forget about them for the moment.
About future storylines... Remember that the Tink we all know and love will have eventually to go back to her former self. It´s okay to make changes in the character, but you´ll have to have something prepared to return her to her status quo when the time comes.
I suggest you to check the "Disney´s Fairies" comic series, you´ll find lots of interesting new characters that you can use to spice up your series.
As for the Art, just keep on practising. You´re taking a lot of effort, so you´ll improve with time. But try to get your hands in some sort of character sheet or similar. Try to study on the Disney style of comic and animation. I´m sure we´ll see a quick improvement if you do so.
Finally, I´d like to congratulate you for you mature, rational attitude. There has been some harsh and unfair reviews, but you´ve stayed cool.

It has been a real pleasure to find a game like this not being produced or sponsored by another page trying to leech from the newgrounds... Well done!
Excellent coding, with nice visual effects. Congrats to the musician too, it´s a jolly tune.
Overall, a highly enjoyable (and fairly original, too.) puzzle game. Recommended.

Hahaha... Anyway is fun, and the animation is neat.
But I´d dare to say that, more than "be inspirated" you almost raped the Fairly Godparents character designs...
But I´d like to see another animation in this style. You did well, and it´d be interesting to see what could you do with a longer script.
