May his soul rest at ease.

Little times I've felt like we've been stripped of a great talent so cheaply like this...
Your drawing is really cute, changing subjects, I'm happy to see another one of your little arts and I hope to see more from you soon. 'Later!

It's all about respect, man.

Maybe the one thing that wins me over of this pic is that "homeboys" look... I kinda feel like this pic is meant for some mates of yours, people you love and respect.
Plus everything is drawn in such a funny way... This picture comes in a good moment to remind people that you can make pictures with lots of charm. It seems somebody had forgotten.
Aaarrgh! I'm alone now and I feel the urge to clinch my arm with a bro!
ARM CLINCH ANYONE, DUDES?

TheShadling responds:

I really do love and respect them, but I dont actually know them, just listening to their podcast for 2 years now, and the cast means alot to me.

Oh my...

Magenta over black. CAN'T RESIST THAT.
I also love that apparently casual, toyful line. The way she expresses herself is so charming! She almost feels like moving!
But the way you have presented these is the icing in the cake. Bitonal simplicity used to its best.
You're really gracing us with a ton of cool art lately, by the way. Bravo, man!

How the fuck did YOU know?!

That's my variant of "Poker"!!!
... I'll suppose we'll have to play it together one day and compare our respective "house rules"...
Anyaway, this strip is really getting into me. I really wish you can run it long!

Yessir!

I liked very much that machinegun-brassiere from the Rolling Stone photo session, though I also thought its weight would eventually ruin its appeal (guns pointing down=sad). "But they would look rad in an illustration, that'd made them more believable." I concluded...
... And well... Here they are!
Great work, man. I'd dare to say I'll always enjoy your illustrations.
Can't wait to see what will you bring us next!

Can't really think of anything better!

... For a birthday surprise. Well, maybe if they started to wrestle on the cake and start a leglock catfight, chunks of chocolate flying everywhere and some cloth-ripping dirty action...
I suppose it'll be a tad late for this, but...
¡Feliz cumple de mi parte al tal Fercho, oye!

Jcdr responds:

Maybe I'll do that for my own birthday, lol.

Y gracias por los buenos deseos para mi amigo!

Potential!

I'm liking your latest drawings, you have seemed to improve lately. MS paint is unforgiving, a pain to work on and tends to recall everybody of the crapload of e-grafitti that net trolls use to vandalize forums... But I think you're starting to get the good of it. There's still some basic drawing issues you'll have to adress but with paper, pencil, effort and time you can manage to improve on that too.
But there's also something I find really interesting about this pic, and probably it came by accident...
... Is there some place as gritty and unsetting as a bathroom built with cinderblocks?

It looks like...

... Ben still feels awkward because of that incident with Janine...
But I thought he enjoyed that, didn't he?

Good Lord...!

When I saw the thumbnail, I couldn't help thinking "No, it cannot be..." Not in a billion years time I thought I would see Space Rex once again in the Art Portal, and now, in glorious full digi-painting! It's really hard for me to express how good does it look barging into that middle-class family living-room...
You've made again another excellent job. And, as good ol' Shad would say...
..."I apprechiate it, mate!"

P.S.: ... Hmm, maybe we should aim for the next step and make a Triceratops and a Pteranodon now. Space Dinosaur Archaetypes full team!?

Something weird happens.

I mean, I like this type of character very much. And you made it well. She cute, adorable, the pose is nice, love that sleeve... The usual stuff.
But something weird happens when I can't get my eyes off from that fence.
I mean, that wood is gorgeous! Look at how each log has a distinctive color, the cuts of the axe at the tips...
I want to draw wood like that SOOOO baaaad...!

kevinsano responds:

To be fair, I had no idea what I was doing when drew that wood :P

Thanks for the review
